Summer ID Camp

Open to 2027 and 2028 high school graduating years only, this camp will be capped at 40 players total (36 field players and 4 GK’ers), and will include:
*high level morning technical session, in Bucknell’s playing style and tempo, run by Bucknell head coach Dave Brandt.  This will be a college level session, focusing on technical execution, and the program’s high tempo, tight combination play, high press playing style.

*lunch break on site (light lunch provided) where we keep the players, and provide information both on the Bucknell Men’s Soccer playing style, team values,  and philosophies, as well as a presentation on the recruiting process in general

*afternoon 11v11 play is also directed and coached, again, in our program’s playing style and values, as this allows us to see how players adapt to and function in, our system, philosophy, and style of play

Most of all, this is a very important day and event in the recruiting process for our program.  The bulk of the day will be coached and directed as we would coach and direct our team at Bucknell, and this is why the enrollment is capped at 36 field players and 4 GK’ers, so that we can coach you, spend time on you, and properly evaluate you.  This is not only an ID Camp, but a unique and high level training experience for all players who attend, and is a very transparent and accurate look into what the Bucknell Men’s Soccer program is all about, on and off the field.
