Youth Camp

What to Bring:
Come dressed and ready to play with movement oriented clothing and volleyall/athletic  shoes. Do not bring jewelry, watches, hats, etc. Cell phones will be put away during camp time. 

We understand that plans can change. We strive to accommodate families while maintaining the resources needed to deliver a high-quality summer camps. To ensure fairness and clarity for all families, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Deadlines & Refund Schedule

• 28 Days or More Prior to Camp Start Date: Full refund minus an administrative fee per camper.
• 8-27 Days Prior to Camp Start Date : 50% refund of total camp fees.
• 7 Days or Less Prior to Camp Start Date: No refunds will be issued, except under extenuating circumstances.

Camp Trainer:
We have a full-time, certified athletic trainer who will be on site throughout the  entirety of camp. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the coach at check-in.

Visitation:
All family members are welcome to come and observe camp.

Pick Up and Drop Off:
Pick up and drop off will take place in the lower lobby of the Fieldhouse. Pick-up  will take place at 4:00pm. Please plan on walking in with your camper on the first day to make sure all paperwork and payments are in order.

Camp Check-In:
Check-in will take place in the lower lobby of the Fieldhouse. You may walk in on the upper or lower level, signs will guide you to the registration table.

Meals:
"BYOL". No lunch will be provided, but a snack bar/concession stand will be available  throughout each day. A camp bank will be available for campers to deposit money throughout the duration of camp so they do not have to hold on to it during camp.4
