2026 BABY BRONCOS PITCHING CAMP

Event Registration Details
MONDAY, AUGUST 24TH
WHO: Grades 4th - 7th MORNING: Grades 4th - 5th (9am - 11am) LIMITED TO 15 CAMPERS AFTERNOON: Grades 6th - 7th (12pm - 2pm) LIMITED TO 15 CAMPERS COST: $60

This camp is designed for the young athlete who wants to learn how to take their softball pitching skills to the next level. The Bronco Softball Camp is open to any and all entrants, however, enrollment is limited to ensure individual attention by members of the Western Michigan University Coaching Staff.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NO WALK-UP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
All Medical Waivers, concussion and health forms will be completed and signed electronically.
Campers do not need a catcher for camp!

Softball Gear (glove, catching gear, cleats, Turfs/Tennis shoes)

Morning Schedule:

9:00am - Intro/Warm up
9:15am - Skill Development
10:50am - Wrap up

Afternoon Schedule:

12:00pm - Intro/Warm up
12:15pm - Skill Development
1:50pm - Wrap up

DIRECTIONS

From I-94: Exit at Oakland Drive (Exit #75) and go North. Go through the stoplight at Howard Street and continue one mile until coming to Oliver Street on your left. Turn left onto Oliver and follow the road until you see the softball field on your right. Turn into the softball lot 102.
From US-131: Take the Stadium Drive East Exit. Follow signs for Western Michigan University Campus. Turn right on Oliver, which is one light past the light at Howard Street.
From M-43 North of Kalamazoo: Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo onto Riverview Drive. Go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles. It then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. Pass Waldo Stadium on your left. Turn left at the light at Oliver. Turn left immediately into lot 102 at softball.

PARKING INFORMATION

There is a parking lot next to the softball field.

MERCHANDISE

WMU Softball apparel will be on sale at the camp, please bring cash.

MEALS

Please bring your own lunch, a meal will not be provided.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This is not an overnight camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

REFUND POLICY

If a player is forced to pull out of the camp for COVID, or other medical reasons, a FULL refund (minus a 6% processing fee) will be granted to the player if notification is given by August 17th, 2026 with medical proof from a Physician. If players do not withdraw before August 17th, a $20 processing fee will be withheld from the refund.
