Elite Skills and Scrimmage Camp

Join the Slippery Rock University coaching staff and current SRU softball players for an intensive Elite Skills and Scrimmage Camp designed for aspiring collegiate athletes. This camp offers a unique opportunity to showcase your abilities and refine your skills in a competitive environment. You'll receive hands-on instruction in advanced offensive and defensive techniques, participate in game-like situations, and put your training to the test in live scrimmages. Our experienced coaches will provide personalized feedback to help you identify areas for improvement and maximize your potential. Additionally, timeouts will be called in the situational game for on-field coach instruction. This camp is ideal for serious softball players looking to gain exposure, experience a collegiate-level practice, and take their game to the next level. Important Details!

Pitchers are allowed to pitch and hit. If you are a pitcher only, you do not have to hit. Turf field, no metal cleats, no sunflower seeds, no gum. No concession stand will be available, please bring your own snacks and water. The position sign-up (title at the top of the website) that you register for is the position you will play. You will list a secondary position, but this will only be used as a backfill in case the camp does not fulfill each position. Weather Cancellation Policy: You will receive an email no later than 24 hours before the camp if this change occurs due to weather. This camp cannot be moved indoors. Rain postponements will be moved to the afternoon. Entire cancellation will result in a full refund not including the 6% processing fee. Registration 8:30 am – 9:00 am Position Specific Drills 9:00 am – 10:30 am (90 Mins) Offense Defense Pitchers SRU Game Warm Up Break 10:30 am - 11:00 am Situational Game 11:00 pm – 1:00 pm.

Refund Policy

If you cancel on or before fourteen days before the determined camp date we will refund your camp fee, minus $25.00 non-refundable processing fee.  At any time after fourteen days of the determined camp date, we will refund your camp fee minus $35.00 processing fee. NO refund will be given for no-shows.
