HS Girls Prospect Flag Football Camp

This one-day camp will focus on instructional fundamentals flag football skills such as passing, catching, route running, open field running, rushing, defensive positioning, and overall game awareness. Players will participate in team activities, 1on1, and scrimmages, which will be conducted by the staff and future players. We will emphasize communication, teamwork, and sportsmanship while allowing players to develop at their own pace.

Players would need to dress in shorts or leggings (no pockets), T-shirt (short or long), tennis shoes (if you have cleats, bring them). Players will need to bring water bottles, and snacks (fruits, granola bar, etc.). Bring any medication with the proper labels on it with name of athlete and usage.
