Meredith College Flag Football
Flag Under The Lights
This camp focuses on developing individual skills and improving game IQ. Athletes will work on route running, ball skills, footwork, and defensive technique while learning how to read the game, make quick decisions, and understand situational football.
Each session includes high-rep drills and competitive play designed to build confidence and translate directly to game performance.
Mondays: Receivers / Running Backs
Thursdays: Defensive Backs / Linebackers
