Everything Freestyle

In this clinic, we will cover the three different types of freestyle. Hip-driven, shoulder-driven, and body-driven freestyle. All three of these strokes have their own specific purpose within each race. With the use of underwater and above water cameras, we can provide instant feedback in all aspects of the stroke. We will cover drills and habits that can take your stroke to the next level. These are skills you can continue to build on every time you touch the water.

Note: Clinics require a minimum of 4 swimmers. If the minimum is not met the clinic may be cancelled. You may receive a refund (less convenient fee) or move to another clinic.

What to Bring: Please bring a suit, goggles, towel, hydration, snacks if needed (we will provide a small snack break around halfway through the clinic)
