Event Description

BGSU Swim Clinic

Sprint Technique, Training, and More

In this clinic, we will cover the technique required to sprint effectively in all four strokes, as well as some neural training drills and exercise to teach the brain how to react and move effectively for sprinting. Nearly every race in swimming requires a different type of stroke to fit its unique demands; many of the top swimmers across the world make those adjustments to achieve faster times. Since 50s of stroke have been added to the Olympic schedule, it is only time before they are added to all competitions including USA Swimming and NCAA Swimming. With the use of underwater and above water cameras, we can provide instant feedback in all aspects of the stroke. We will cover drills and habits we work with our college swimmers every day. These are skills you can continue to build on every time you touch the water.

Special Deal: If you register for 3 clinics this summer, your 4th clinic will be 50% off.

Note: Clinics require a minimum of 4 swimmers. If the minimum is not met the clinic may be cancelled. You may receive a refund (less convenient fee) or move to another clinic.
