Event Description

Truett McConnell Girls Basketball Camp

Truett McConnell basketball camps strive to teach young players of all skill levels the fundamentals of the game of basketball, as well as provide drills that athletes can use to develop and improve on their own. Other intangibles such as sportsmanship, leadership, and Christian values are intertwined with camp instruction, contests, and live play.

Event Registration Details
July 13 - 16, 2026

Girls, Rising Grades: 3rd - 9th
Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Daily; lunch provided)
Cost: $175 ($160 + $15 Fees)

Held at White County Middle School

Campers will experience the following teaching and activities each day of camp:

  • Proper shooting form 
  • Pivoting and footwork 
  • Ball handling and dribbling
  • Passing 
  • Basic & advanced scoring moves
  • Individual offensive moves - Team offensive concepts
  • Individual defense 
  • 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and/or 5-on-5 play 
  • Daily contests and prizes
  • Character-driven lessons
