Event Description
All Skills Day & Elite Camp
Designed for female athletes of all experience levels - from beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced players refining their technique. Players will receive highenergy, hands-on instruction in all major skills including serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, and game play. With a focus on skill development, repetition, and fun competition, athletes will leave camp more confident, more knowledgeable, and better prepared for their next season.

Additional Information
While we will touch on all skills every day, each day will look different and might focus on different aspects of each skill. It will be a progression—the more basic foundational training will start on Wednesday, and each day we will continue to build on those trainings, but it will still be easy to jump in on a later day
Daily Schedule
- 9:00 AM | Check-In
- 10:00 AM | On court
- 12:15 PM | Lunch at dining hall
- 1:45 PM | On court & mental performance
- 4:00 PM | Conclusion and release

What to Bring
Water bottle, snacks, volleyball gear, extra T-Shirts, any medication / inhalers needed
In accordance with NCAA rules, this clinic is open to any and all who would like to attend, but attendance may be limited based on several factors, such as age, number of participants, gender, and grade level. Camp attendance at Ithaca College is never restricted by a camper's skill level or competitive experience.
This camp is not regulated or inspected by the New York State Department of Health and is not required to obtain a Department of Health permit. This camp is not required to follow Department of Health regulations, including, checking the state sex offender registry prior to hiring staff; maintaining minimum staff-to-child ratios; hiring medical personnel; or reporting injuries or illnesses to the Department of Health.
Even though it is not required for our camp, our staff for this camp has gone through a background check and there will be an Athletic Trainer in the gym at all times.
