Event Description

Knights Boys Youth Lacrosse Camp

Improvement of skills in all different lacrosse positions. Will consist of individual skill work, small-sided games, little competitions and regular scrimmages.

Grades 6 - 8 (Division I)
Grades 3 - 5 (Division II)
Grades K - 2 (Division III)

Camp Philosophy – To Help Youth Players

  • Strengthen their individual skills
  • Participate in team play and drills
  • Learn from experienced coaches and counselors
  • Prepare for the next level of play and most importantly, have fun!


Camp Features

Individual fundamentals and team instruction with emphasis on:

  • Passing/Catching
  • Ground Balls
  • Dodging and Shooting
  • Position play (Att/Mid/Def/Goalie)
  • Clearing and Riding
  • Face-offs
  • Team Offense/Defense
  • Game Rules

 

Typical Camp Day

8:00 AM - 8:15 AM | Stretch/Warm-up
8:15 AM - 9:00 AM | Individual Skills Stations
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM | Offense/Defense Drills
9:30 AM - 9:45 AM | Break (Snacks/Gatorade/Water provided)
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM | Team Play and Strategy
10:30 AM - 11:15 AM | Scrimmages
11:15 AM - 11:30 AM | Cool Down, Team Talk


Campers will Receive

Each camper gets a reversible jersey to keep
Prizes awarded for skills competitions in each age group
