Fitness and Skills Training for High School Aged Boys and Girls. Each 90-minute session will focus upon individual skill work, speed & agility drills, and core strength training. The purpose of this camp will be to provide each camper an environment to grow in their technical and physical skill set and provide a guide for their individual training for the high school season. Goalkeepers will have specific training for a portion of the time.

Location: NSU Pavilion & Soccer Field

Equipment: Shin Guards, Soccer Cleats, Water Bottle, Appropriate Workout Attire

Groups: Campers will be put in groups based on their age.

Watching Camp: Guardians are allowed to stay and watch camp but must do so in the stands. Only camp staff and campers are allowed on the field throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy: Attending any portion of camp constitutes full camp attendance. As such, no refunds (neither full or partial) will be issued upon attending any portion of camp. No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. Refunds requested prior to the 2-week deadline will be assessed a 30% administrative fee.
