Central College K - 6th Girls Wrestling Clinic
College coaches will be teaching basic tumbling, wrestling skills and games.
This clinic is for K–6th grade girls who want to try wrestling or are looking for additional mat time to improve their skills. The clinic will run for four days, with each session lasting about two hours from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Our staff consists entirely of volunteers, including three student-athletes from Central College. The clinic will focus on wrestling fundamentals, skill development, and fun games to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
