Event Description

FLAG FOOTBALLCAMP

Coach Paul Fricano, assistant coaches, and Current players from the RWU Flag football team will be present to guide student athletes through drills, provide feedback and discuss the recruiting process!

A dynamic warm up, Combine to test speed/agility followed by rotations of drill work (offensive and defensive) and finished with scrimmages.
