COLLEGE PROSPECT RECRUITING GAMES CAMP - WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5

Join us at Akron Firestone Stadium to showcase play in front of and learn from TWENTY-FIVE COLLEGE COACHES!  Play 8-inning games with guaranteed eyes on YOU!

This camp is open to uncommitted Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors! 

THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF THE DIVISION I RECRUITING SUMMER RECRIUTING CALENDAR!

Build relationships with coaches.  Let them see you in every aspect of the game…in drills, game situations (over and over) and in the cages!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION and FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• This camp is designed for 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 graduates and JUCO players looking to show off their skills to college coaches.
• Each team will play TWO 8-inning games with college coaches on the field with you discussing every play!
• 10 players per team – 2 pitchers + on player for each position
• Cage time in front of coaches between games for pitchers and hitters
• Post-game review with college coaches
• Game times will be 8:30, 10:45, 12:30, 3:00, 5:15 and 7:30.  Your game times will be shared with you once registration begins.

INSTRUCTORS: The camp will be instructed by 25 coaches from all divisions. Currently committed: Akron, Baldwin-Wallace, John Carroll, Oberlin, Otterbein, Tiffin, Walsh, Ohio, Capital, Bowling Green, Ashland, Youngstown State, West Liberty, Mercyhurst, Adrian, Heidelberg, Wooster, Case Western, with many more to come! 

LOCATION: The camp will be held at Akron Firestone Stadium, 1575 Firestone Pkwy, Akron, OH 44301 

REGISTRATION: Camp registration will be determined on a first come-first serve basis. No places will be held, and all participants must register online. A confirmation will be sent via email after registration and payment are received. Please keep a copy of your confirmation! 

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: Confirmation emails will be sent out once you are registered and have made payment. Please keep a copy of your confirmation email. Please be sure your email is entered correctly.

ENTER YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS: Information, including your participant number and final schedule, will be sent via email. All camp correspondence will be completed via email. Please be sure your email is entered correctly when registering. 

REFUND POLICY: Your camp fee, less a $25 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded without question if you cancel at least 45 days in advance. Fifty percent of the showcase fees will be refunded if you cancel in writing 30 days before the event. No refunds will be given for any reason within 30 days of the event.  Event insurance is available for purchase from a Ryzer affiliate should you need to cancel for covered reasons.

RECRUITNIG SESSION: A recruiting information session will be presented for parents.  The session is designed to provide student-athletes and parents with an understanding of the recruiting process. Discussion topics will include academic/eligibility rules and regulations, recruiting rules, recruiting and academic timelines, differences and similarities in divisions, recruiting rules and regulations, timelines, scholarships, etc. Parents may attend with an athlete registered for the recruiting sessions OR parents can register without a student-athlete.

WHAT TO BRING: Hitters must bring a bat, helmet and tennis shoes or rubber cleats. Fielders must bring a glove and tennis shoes or rubber cleats. Catchers must bring catching equipment and tennis shoes or rubber cleats.   Please bring water for the day AND a packed lunch.
