Heartland Softball Camps
Pitching Skills Camp
This camp is for 7-12th grade pitchers that are looking to develop their skills. Pitchers BRING YOUR OWN CATCHERS. This camp offers drills that you can take home to develop pitching skills as well as a Q&A segment on all things pitching. You will need your own equipment including a glove, water, water bottles, catching gear if applicable, face masks if applicable, tennis shoes/ turfs, cleats, etc.

Location: Champion Fields (inclement weather location Heartland Fitness and Recreation Center)
Schedule:
- 12:30 PM–1:00 PM | Check-In Begins
- 1:00 PM–1:30 PM | Warm-Up Essentials
- 1:30 PM–2:00 PM | Fastball Drills (Leg Drive, Speed, Mechanics)
- 2:00 PM–2:50 PM | Breakdown of Curve, Screw, Drop, and Rise
- 2:50 PM–3:00 PM | Q&A
