Event Description

PROSPECT CAMPS

This clinic is geared towards student athlete with aspirations of playing softball  at the collegiate level. This clinic is open to any and all entrants, however, enrollment is limited to ensure individual attention by members of the UMass Coaching Staff.

Event Registration Details
August 9th

Grades: 7th - 12th
Registration: 8:30am
Camp: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Cost: $271 ($266 + $5 Fees)

Location: Sortino Field

Event Schedule:

  • 8:30am - Registration opens
  • 9:00am - 11:00am Skills
  • 11:00pm - 11:30am Lunch break (Bring your own lunch)
  • 11:30am - 12:00pm Warmup
  • 12:00pm – 3:00pm  Live Games

What To Bring:
Please make sure all your items are marked!

  • Glove
  • Bat
  • Batting Helmet
  • Batting Gloves
  • Cleats/Sneakers
  • Catching Gear for catchers working that position
  • Water Jug
  • Sunscreen

UMass reserves the right to postpone or cancel this camp/clinic due to circumstances beyond its control such as a natural disaster, emergency, weather, act  of terrorism, pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances that pose a significant danger to participants. If the camp/clinic is postponed, the director of camp/clinic will communicate a new date or new location.
