Pitching Camp

This camp will focus on showing young pitchers the proper way to warm up, different drills to help with correct movement patterns and finally show a post throw regime to help keep the arm healthy.

Each camper will go home with a pre throw and post throw protocol that they can use after camp. We will also give them a drill sheet that they can use daily to help with mechanics.

Pitchers ages 14 and older will have the opportunity to purchase a Trackman session where they get to throw on the Trackman and get their report afterwards.
