9:20am - 11:30am	Hitting Stations Front Toss-Coach K One on one work Front Toss- Coach Amelia One on one work Front Toss- Positive Movement Work Working on staying in legs Film Station-Watching Film Watching swing mechanics Tee-Top Hand/Bottom Hand Small Bat Tee- Bottom Half Bands Band Pulls with partner Tee- Water Jugs Feeling resistance Med Ball Toss/Goal Small Ball-Catches Top hand and bottom hand along with vision training Small Ball-Hitting Vision training and staying compact
