1:00pm - 1:20pm	Coach Introduction, Hitting Breakdown, and Station Explanation
1:20pm - 1:45pm	Pitcher and Catcher Warm Up Change Up, Fast Ball, and 2 other pitches
1:45pm - 3:30pm	Pitching and Catching Stations Getting Stronger Pitchers throw Med Ball to Cathers. Catcher pops out of a squat to throw back to pitcher. Plyos Goals Coach Amelia Station One on One Work for pitchers and catchers Change Up and Movement Pitch Combo How can you expand on two pitches Pitchers call pitches Catchers working on fake throws on balls in dirt Game Time Throwing a game. Working righty and lefty batters Catchers calls game and balls and strikes Challenge Station Competing against each other. Coach K- Charting a true zone. Film Seeing Mechanics and breaking down film
