Prospect Clinic - Future Warriors, This Is Your Opportunity!

Are you ready to take the next step in your wrestling journey? Join the East Stroudsburg University Wrestling coaching staff and student-athletes for an exciting Prospect Clinic designed for wrestlers who are interested in competing at the collegiate level and learning more about becoming an ESU Warrior.

This clinic provides athletes with the opportunity to:

• Learn high-level wrestling techniques and training methods from the ESU coaching staff.
• Experience a college practice environment.
• Meet current ESU wrestlers and learn about our championship culture.
• Receive instruction in technique, tactics, drilling, and live wrestling.
• Tour our wrestling facilities and campus.
• Learn about the recruiting process, academics, financial aid, and what it takes to become a successful student-athlete.

Whether your goal is to compete in college or you simply want to challenge yourself against top competition, this clinic is an excellent opportunity to improve your skills while getting to know the ESU Wrestling family.

• Technique and Live Session | 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM
• Lunch | 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
• Campus Tour | 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
• Coaches Q & A | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Football Game | 6:35 PM
