Event Description

Fall 2026 Programming

School-Aged Children

Swimmers will be assessed on their first day to evaluate their current swimming ability. Once they have been assessed, they will be assigned to the appropriate class Step 1 through Step 5.  Returning swimmers are welcome to bring their course completion card from previous sessions with them to present to the instructors.  

Step 1 and Step 2 are for beginner swimmers learning foundational water adjustment skills including breath control, floating and beginner strokes.  
Step 3 swimmers begin to refine specific arm and leg actions used when swimming front and back crawl, and increase endurance.  
Step 4 and Step 5 are for swimmers focused on refining freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and building endurance.

*No class September 7th
