  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Check-In
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Session I
  • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM | Lunch
  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM | Session II
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Live Wrestling

What to Bring

Two sets of workout clothes, wrestling and running shoes, towel for showers
