Cancellation & Transfer Policy
At Eli Baseball Academy, we make staffing, facility, and equipment commitments well in advance of each camp. As a result, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participating families and the Academy.

• 30 or more days before the start of camp: If you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the first day of camp, you may receive a camp credit equal to the amount paid, less a $50 administrative processing fee. Camp credits are valid for one (1) year from the original registration date and may be applied toward a future Eli Baseball camp, subject to availability.
• Less than 30 days before the start of camp: Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are not eligible for a refund or camp credit, as staffing and operating costs have already been incurred and your reserved spot may not be filled.

Medical Exception
If a participant is unable to attend due to a documented illness or injury, Eli Baseball Academy may, at its sole discretion, issue a camp credit (less the $50 administrative processing fee) for use toward a future camp. Requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate medical documentation within 7 days of the scheduled camp start date. No cash refunds will be issued under the medical exception.

Additional Terms

• Camp credits have no cash value and are non-transferable to another individual.
• Credits are valid for one (1) year from the original registration date and may only be applied to future Eli Baseball camps with available space.
• If the tuition for the future camp exceeds the value of the credit, the participant is responsible for paying the difference. If the tuition is less than the available credit, the remaining balance will remain as a credit until its expiration date but will not be refunded.
• All cancellation, transfer, and medical exception requests must be submitted in writing by emailing elibaseballacademy@gmail.com.
• Eli Baseball reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule camps due to weather, facility issues, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond its control. If Eli Baseball cancels a camp, participants may choose either a full refund or a full camp credit.
