Velocity Camp

This is a 6-week overhand throwing training program for position players 13 years and older who want to take their game to the next level.  Looking to increase your throwing velocity? This velo camp gives the athletes consistent exposure to training methods that are specific to the art of throwing. This camp increases core strength, arm strength, shoulder joint integrity, and overall athletic strength that will lead to overall gains in throwing velocity. This camp works on movement patterns that are essential for body control, balance and acceleration. With the right information, training, and work ethic this Velocity Camp is The Game Changer.
