Event Description

Get Better with the Brits - Fall Youth Skills Clinic 

 

DEFENSE CAMP:

This camp develops the fundamentals of fastpitch softball. Guided instruction and drill work assists the players in development of throwing technique and positional play for infield and outfield. The camp’s focus is defense, and will not include offensive components.

Grades: 3rd - 7th
Time: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Cost: $49 Per Camp ($40 + $9 Fees)
SAVE $15 if registered for 3 camps within the same transaction

Registration Deadline: October 2nd

LOCATION

Dempsey Field - If the case of inclement weather, camp will be moved indoors to the Dow Recreation Center.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Campers must bring tennis shoes/turf shoes and cleats incase weather forces us to go indoors. 
  • All campers must download and complete the release of liability form. Camper must bring the release of liability form with them to camp along with a copy of the camper’s insurance card. 
  • Each pitcher must supply her own catcher. Catcher also must sign release of liability form and bring copy of insurance card with them.   
  • Catchers attending the catching camp will receive separate and specific instruction as it relates to their position. Catchers will NOT be catching for pitchers attending the pitching session.
