Event Description

Highlander Baseball Prospect Camp

Day 1 - Skill instruction, skill evaluation, Pro style workout. Prospects will go through a position specific skill instruction session mirroring the UC Riverside position instruction and drill sets. They will also do a traditional pro-style workout with 60's, a showcase segment by position, and batting practice. Pitchers will be introduced to the UCR throwing routine, receive a pitching presentation from the pitching coach and go on a campus tour before being dismissed with their game times for day 2.

Day 2 - Game day: Players will be assigned to game 1, 2 or 3. Gameday will include pregame INF/OF and cage time before gameplay.
