Women's Wrestling Fall Clinic
Our annual Fall Clinic is designed for serious wrestlers looking to separate themselves before the season begins. Rather than cramming in dozens of new techniques, we'll focus on the high-level positions, drills, and concepts that produce results in live wrestling. Wrestlers will leave with practical training methods they can immediately implement into their own practices throughout the season.
This clinic is especially beneficial for intermediate and advanced wrestlers preparing for the upcoming season, including those getting ready for Super 32 and other preseason competition.
Expect:
- High-level instruction from the Newberry coaching staff
- Fast-paced drilling and live situations
- Drills you can immediately apply in your own training
- Lunch not included
- Q&A with Newberry coaches and wrestlers
