Event Description

Fall Academy

Train with Indiana Softball Coaches or Players in a small group setting. Space is limited to minimum four and maximum of 20. Offensive portion of sessions include hitting routines, movement prep patterns, swing breakdown and machine or front toss reps. Defensive sessions will teach athletes how to dominate the details in developing the fundamentals of the game. Footwork patterns, detailed glove work, ball handling, catch play routines, and a variety of defensive sets and routines will be structured in a fast paced training environment. Pitcher and catching sessions available, please list position in dropdown menu.
