Event Description

Any position player or pitcher is welcome to sign up. Participants will get the opportunity to be coached by Eric Toole, Casey Dahm, and Adam Proctor. Coach Bruce Davis will also be leading strength and agility training over the course of the program. There will be a mobility assessment given on the first night, October 12th by Progressive Rehab.

Camp Registration Dates and Information
Session 2 | January 4th - April 3rd
Mondays & Wednesdays Time Slots:
6:00pm - 7:00pm (7th & 8th Grade)
7:00pm - 8:00pm (9th & 10th Grade)
8:00pm - 9:00pm (11th & 12th Grade)
Saturdays Time Slots:
8:00am - 9:00am (7th & 8th Grade)
9:00am - 10:00am (9th & 10th Grade)
10:00am - 11:00am (11th & 12th Grade)
Grades: 7th - 12th
Cost: $800.00 per Player
($750 + $50.00 Fees)

Training Schedule:

  • Mondays
    • Lifting, mobility, & conditioning
      • Building strength, movement efficiency, durability, and athletic performance
  • Wednesdays
    • Positional athletic throws
      • Developing arm speed, throwing efficiency, velocity, and athletic movement patterns
  • Saturdays
    • Bullpens
      • Focusing on command, strike percentage, pitch execution, and game readiness
