Event Description

COWBOY SPEED CLINIC

Want to become better at your sport? Join us in Stillwater for the Cowboy Speed Clinics where we will introduce you to everything related to speed. We will teach you the mechanics of acceleration, max velocity, and drills you can use to help you grow and develop as an athlete across all sports. We will use video and the latest technology to break down where you need the most attention in your form. We will tailor certain training aspects to your specific sport while developing the whole athlete. This is not a track conditioning clinic; this is for those athletes who want to learn how to become faster.

The clinic will run over a five-week period, featuring two sessions a week. These clinics will be led by Josh Langley, Associate Head Coach for Track and Field at Oklahoma State University. Each date will be designed to build on each previous session, so attendance for all 10 is encouraged, but you can purchase individual dates as well.
