Schools Out! Camp 1 - Shooting

Join the Flying Cows coaches and players for the Flying Cows Shooting Camp! This camp is all about the shot. Campers will break down shooting mechanics from the ground up — footwork, balance, hand placement, and follow-through — then put it to work in game-speed reps. We'll cover catch-and-shoot, shooting off the dribble, free throws, and shooting under pressure and fatigue.

Campers will compete in drills and contests throughout the day and go home with exciting giveaways. Camp will focus on skill development, individual improvement, and competition in a positive and energetic environment.
