When you arrive, have your team sit inside the End Zone bleachers at the stadium. Only the coach comes to the registration table which will be in the stadium hallway with all waiver forms, completely filled out, and payment . The cost is $150 for 1 team (15 per TEAM) and $250 for 2 teams OL/DL $25 PER PLAYER WITH TEAM …. School checks or money orders should be made payable TO THE ASU FOUNDATION (no personal checks ). Cash is accepted. Please have your payment when you arrive…our business office and compliance office will not allow us to accept teams/campers who have
not paid .

Time: 8:30 AM - 2:45 PM
Cost: $150 per Team

**All campers must completely fill out waiver forms. Please make sure that the parental signatures are completed.

**We do not need physical forms! Helmets are recommended but not required. Please park buses, cars, or vans at New ASU Stadium.

Itinerary

  • REGISTRATION/CHECK IN: 7:30-8:30 AM
  • HEAD COACHES MEETING: 8:30 AM    
  • POOL PLAY: 9:00-1:00 PM
  • LUNCH: 1:00-2:00 PM
  • TOURNAMENT SEED MEETING: 1:50-2:00 PM
  • CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY: 2:15-2:45 PM

Team areas, drinks, snacks and Gatorade:
Gatorade and water will be provided in coolers on the sidelines to be used during the games, but we encourage you to bring your own supply of fluids and snacks to fuel your athletes during the entire event.
You may bring your own tents, drinks, snacks and set up a ‘team area’ anywhere on the property that you’d like. You will need to provide fuel for your athletes to remain hydrated and safe for the duration of the event. A light Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all participants.

ATC and officials:
There will be a Certified Athletic Trainer on-site at each venue to care for injuries and emergencies as they occur during the event but will not be able to provide taping and wrapping. Please be prepared to do your own taping.

We will use USA FOOTBALL 7ON7 RULES AND SCORING. We will use 20 min games. AHSAA officials will be the officials, 4-second timer and clock operator for each game. We ask that you recognize all game
officials and staff as such and treat them with the respect you would give others during a regular game on Friday nights in the fall.
