2019 SPECIALIST CAMP

One Day session of instruction of the kicking, punting, and long snapping aspects of the game from the Pat Narduzzi Football Camp Staff. For athletes who are entering 9th grade or higher in the fall of 2019.

Our camp sessions are open to a limited number and a waiting list will be established if required. We encourage to secure your spot immediately. All camps must be paid in full and payment is non-refundable.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The named camper has my permission to participate in the camp program. In case of emergency, I understand that every reasonable attempt will be made to contact me in any event, including (if necessary) hospitalization. I also, authorize the attending physician to provide care that includes routine diagnostic procedures (i.e., x-rays, blood and urine tests) and medical treatment as necessary to my minor son. Any expense from injury is the responsibility of the person signing him up.

ALL CAMPS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL ENTRANTS, ONLY LIMITED BY NUMBER, AGE, GRADE OR GENDER.

PER NCAA BYLAWS REPRESENTATIVES OF ATHLETICS INTEREST (BOOSTERS) ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY CAMP FEES FOR ANY PROSPECTIVE STUDENT-ATHLETE (SEE DEFINITION BELOW) OTHER THAN A FAMILY MEMBER. BY REGISTERING FOR THIS CAMP YOU ARE VERIFYING THAT ALL CAMP FEES HAVE/WILL BE PAID WITHIN NCAA REGULATIONS.
