5:15 pm - Offensive Individual Skills Instruction

6:00 pm - Offensive Group Work

6:15 pm - Break (15 min)

6:30 pm - Defensive Individual Skill Instruction

7:15 pm - Competitive Cross over practice

7:45 pm - Closing Remarks
