(40 yard dash, Pro Agility (5-10-5 Shuttle), Broad Jump, Verticle Jump, Height & Weight)

10:00 am - Offensive Individual Skill Instruction

10:45 am - Offensive Group Work

11:15 am - Break (15 min.)

11:30 am - Defensive Individual Skill Instruction

12:15 pm - Competitive Cross over practice
(1 on 1, 7 on 7)

1:00 pm - Closing Remarks
