One Day Camps are for players entering the 9th grade and above. No college players are eligible for this camp.

Suggested Items To Bring To Camp

• Football shoes (cleats and tennis shoes) are preferred for drill periods.
• No helmets.

Requirements For Registration
In order to make the registration process less time consuming, the Carolina staff asks that campers register online. All forms may be presented the day of registration.

No meals are included in the cost of camp. Overnight lodging on campus is neither included nor available. Lists of local hotels are available under the "Hotels in the Area" tab on the homepage.

All campers are strongly encouraged to pre-register online.

Required Medical Forms
Due to recent measles outbreaks the university now requires all campers to present a physician signed copy of the camper's immunization record or a physician signed copy of the immunication form located below. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE REGARDLESS OF YOU IMMUNIZATION HISTORY.

Summer Camp Release & NCAA Compliance Attestation Form
ALL CAMPERS AND THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN THIS FORM - INCLUDING PRE-REGISTERED CAMPERS AND PRESENT IT AT REGISTRATION. This form is located below and can be printed and presented at registration.
