Winning Edge Strength and Conditioning

Purpose To provide expert guidance and instruction by PowerStrength Training Systems to Forest Hills Eastern High School athletes during the specified hours during Summer 2020. Professional on-site instruction and programming will be tailored to emphasize the most optimal results for multi-sport and single-sport athletes alike, in coordination with COVID-19 policies and district guidelines. 

1. Performance Programs catered to athletes for:

• Movement Quality and Injury Reduction - Speed - Agility and Quickness - Relative Strength and Core Strength - Coordination - Balance - Mobility and Flexibility - Explosive Power 

2. On-site Instruction and Coaching by PowerStrength Coaching Staff 

• Foundational Programming for Summer Session - Expert instruction from certified staff - 3 days per week on-site ( 2 days for MS) - 2-4 PowerStrength Staff on-site 

Football

This session is for all prospective 10th-12th grade football players for the fall 2020.

A google form will be emailed to all participants to fill out EVERYDAY prior to attending asking health questions and requiring a temperature check recording. If a participant is unable to fill out the form prior to attending a session they will be required to answer the health questions and get a temperature reading on site with an athletic trainer or designated staff personnel prior to participating.

Any temperature at 100.3 or higher can not participate and must be sent home that day

• Sanitizing materials will be provided to coaches and athletes and will be available at each location
• Students must come dressed/prepared with their own labeled water bottle and must leave immediately after completion; encourage them to return home and shower immediately
• There will be no restroom facilities open until further notice.
• All participants are asked to wear a mask to and from Winning Edge
