LOCATION: Richland Center High School

THE CAMP WILL COVER:

•  Footwork & Agility  – Stance work, ladder drills, and cone drills to improve quickness, balance, and change of direction.
•  Release & Route Technique  – Explosive get-offs, sharp cuts, and timing to create separation and run clean routes.
•  Ball Skills & Tracking  – High-pointing, catching mechanics, and body control to make tough grabs and break up passes.
•  C overage Techniques  – Backpedal, hip flips, press coverage, and reaction drills to stay in phase with receivers.
• Man & Zone Concepts – Understanding leverage, route combinations, and responsibilities within coverage schemes.
• Confidence & Competitiveness – Building a ballhawk mindset, finishing every rep, and outworking the competition.
