2019 SPEED & POWER DAY CAMP

All swimmers must be registered through USA Swimming, with a USA Swim Club. Or, they can purchase a flex pass membership through Virginia Swimming.

Power and explosiveness are crucial for all swimmers at all stages in order to develop their maximum speed capabilities. Whether you are a sprinter searching to increase speed or a swimmer looking to apply all of your strength into your stroke, our camp will show you how to use all of your power in a more efficient way.

10:30am - 12:30pm | Pool Session - Power Drills for Fly & Breast
12:45pm - 1:30pm | Lunch Break (Lunch Provided on Site)
1:45pm - 3:45pm | Pool Session - Speed from your Start into Swim
3:45pm - 4:00pm | Questions / Dismissal / Swimmer Pick Up
