GROUP LESSONS

One hour group instruction
Lead instructor (Sam or Karin) + assistant instructors (students on Swarthmore team)
Will cover all four strokes, starts, and turns
Designed for swimmers gearing up for summer swim team or those who learn better in group learning environments

LOCATION: Ware Pool located on the Swarthmore College campus (Fieldhouse Drive, next to the Matchbox Fitness Center)

EQUIPMENT: Swimmers must provide their own swim suit, towel and equipment. Equipment is not necessary, but there will be opportunities for equipment to be used.
