Three Styles of Freestyle Clinic
We will cover the three styles of freestyle technique for racing: 1) the Hip Driven Freestyle - the basic technique used in all races: 2) the Shoulder Driven Freestyle - used in sprint races; and, 3) the Body Driven Freestyle - used in very short distances, usually at he end of races.
We will have 1 coach for every 3 swimmers (grouped by age). We will use TIVO video replay along with model videos to enhance the learning process. New swimmers will view the brain learning videos and then work on static prone balance positioning. "Alumni" swimmers will work on advanced prone balance.
