What:  Breaststroke technique clinic (stroke, starts, and turns)

When:  December 15, 2019

Where:  Skyline High School, Ann Arbor, MI

We will have a 3:1, swimmer to coach ratio.  We will utilize TIVO replay and slow motion to analyze each swimmer's breaststroke.  Swimmers will receive a written critique.  Our initial focus will be on prone static balance.  We will then progress to undulation, undulation with kick, and finally the full stroke.
