We will have a 3:1 swimmer to coach ratio.  We will utilize above and underwater cameras along with videos of skilled performers to enhance learning.  First time attendees will receive instruction on the neurology of learning (enhances resilience) and the basics of core balance in swimming.  Our emphasis is always on efficiency.

We will cover the following skills in this clinic:

1) Prone and supine float / balance;

2) Forward and backstroke starts

3) Short axis turns (butterfly and breaststroke)

4) Long axis turns (freestyle and backstroke)

5) Backstroke to breaststroke turn

6) Underwater harmonics (dolphin kick) and streamlining
