ANKENY CENTENNIAL HS CAMPS | All District Swimming & Diving Camps

DISTRICT PRE-SEASON GIRLS SWIM CAMP

Girls Swimming Head Coach Michelle Stout will instruct the swimmers on excellent stroke technique and core body development during this pre-season camp. All participants will be instructed on perfecting the four stokes along with underwater speed. Considerable time will be spent analyzing strokes, developing greater distance per stroke, and fine tuning body balance to produce championship quality swimming. The dryland training will consist of med ball, weights, and other core body strengthening drills and speed work. Swimmers will need tennis shoes, t-shirts and shorts to train in after the pool training.

Camp is limited to 24 registrations and is open for 9-12 grade through July 26.  On July 27, if the camp still has openings, 8th grade girls will be allowed to register.
