Advanced Mechanics Stroke Camp

Our brand-new Advanced Mechanics Stroke Camp aims to take the fundamentals from our first two camps and accelerate the learning curve. These athletes will have access to our University-level training concepts and the specialized work that creates next-level athletes. We suggest that athletes bring paddles, fins and snorkels to this camp. Athletes should have year round swimming experience and US Swimming “BB” times.

Location: Moby Pool, Fum McGraw Auditorium, Indoor Practice Facility

Discounts: Multiple Event Discount: Must register for 2 or more camps at the same time in order to receive discount. $25 off each additional camp, does not apply to first.

What to bring:
Commuter Campers: Swim Bag, Towel, Goggles, Swimsuit
Resident Campers: Swim Bag, Towel(s), Goggles, Swimsuit, Personal Toiletries, Pillow/Blanket, Sneakers, Plenty of clothes for the amount of days you will be at camp (shirts, shorts, shoes, socks, etc)
Expensive Items (iPads, Computers, Cameras, GoPros, etc.) should be left at home, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of these items
