Each camper will be required to provide a negative COVID test taken 72 hours prior to their participation in camp.
A COVID test is NOT required if the camper shows proof of being fully vaccinated.

Our June intensive technique camps will be set up so your swimmer can attend one 2 day camp or both.

During these camps you will learn to understand how to efficiently move your body through the water in every stroke. You will learn that:

• The importance of the body position in the backstroke stroke. You will learn to swim "taller" and "longer" than you ever thought you could.
• The freestyle stroke starts at the core and everything (your kick and pull) stays connected through it.
• The importance of finding the right timing in breaststroke is key, and how to always have your center of gravity as close to surface of the water as possible.
• The butterfly stroke is more about finding your rhythm than it is about strength. You will learn how to feel your stroke rhythm while still developing your power.

By the end of our camps, our goal is to help you become a faster and more efficient swimmer in all strokes.
