2022 Underwaters/Starts/Turns Camp

South Carolina Swimming is excited to offer a detailed underwaters/starts/turns training camp that is focused on ELITE SWIMMING! During this jam packed two day camp our staff will coach & demonstrate the proper techniques, stroke mechanics, tempo training, speed & power development for fast swimming. Our staff has developed Conference Record Holders, Conference, NCAA, International, & Olympic Champions!

10 - 18

Dates:
December 10th - 11th

Cost:
$400 (early registration discount of $375 if registered on or before July 31st)

Deposit: You may pay a deposit of only $100 + processing fees, or pay in full, at the time of registration. If you pay the deposit only, balance must be paid by November 1st. Balances can be paid here. Should you need to make different payment arrangements please contact Coach Duncan Sherrard at sherrad@mailbox.sc.edu

Day 1 - Schedule of Events

12:00pm - 12:30pm: Registration / Check-In at Pool
12:30pm: Welcome From Coaches
12:45pm - 2:45am: Pool Session #1 (Underwaters/Starts)
2:45pm - 3:45pm: Break/Snacks/Discussion
4:00pm - 5:30pm: Pool Session #2 (Starts/Turns)
5:30pm - 5:45pm: Questions / Dismissal

Day 2 - Schedule of Events

8:45am - 9:00am: Check-In at Pool
9:00am: Welcome & Review
9:15am - 11:30am: Pool Session #3 (Underwaters/Starts/Turns)
11:30am - 11:45: Questions/Dismissal

Refund Policy:

The $100 deposit and processing fees are non-refundable. Canceling prior to November 1st you will receive a refund of all monies paid except the deposit and processing fees. After November 1st there are no refunds; only future camp credits.

South Carolina Swim Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level).
