2019 FULL DAY SUMMER CAMP - Alaska Hockey Edgeboss Camp

At the Alaska Hockey Edgeboss Camp, players will develop their skills and fundamentals under the supervision of current and past Alaska Nanook players and coaches. Specific skills that will be worked on during camp include but are not limited to: skating, puck handling, goal scoring, passing, and bulding confidence. Our Edgeboss apparatuses are designed to improve puck control in a game-like setting. These are the same techniques that the Alaska Nanooks hockey team uses, as well as professional hockey teams, on a daily basis. This is the perfect camp to hone skills before tryouts, have a lot of fun and get to know the current Alaska Nanook players.

What To Bring:

·Full hockey gear (sticks, helmets, shoulder pads, elbow pads, pants, shin pads, skates, gloves, mouthgaurd, socks, under gear apparel)

·Water bottle

·Inhaler (if needed)

· Sack lunch

·Off-ice workout clothes 

·Tennis shoes (no sandals or Crocs)

· A positive attitude!

Additional Information:

·All registration must be done online through the camp website prior to the first day of camp

·Payment must be done online through the camp website or campers may bring a cashier’s check to the first day. Cash, personal checks and credit cards will not be accepted on the first day of camp.

·All campers must have a parent/guardian and their contact information listed in case of emergency.

·Each camper & their parent/guardian must have completed the liability waiver prior to the first day of camp. 

- Under no circumstance will a camper be allowed on the ice until they have made their payment and the liability waiver have been accounted for.

Greetings, hope everyone is excited for camp. Here is just a quick camp update for everyone. Due to player and staff availability, here is an updated schedule for camp. The schedule will be as follows:

10:00am: Check in

10:30am-11:30am: On ice 1

12:00pm- 1:00pm: Lunch / Hockey talk with players

1:15pm-2:15pm: Off Ice 1

2:45pm – 3:45pm: On Ice 2

4:00pm-5:00pm: Off Ice 2

5:00pm: Dismissed
