2019 Bard College Tennis Camp
About the Camp
Entering its 19th summer, the Bard College Tennis Camps are designed to provide technique and skill instruction in a fun atmosphere. All campers will train under the supervision of our camp staff who are experienced in teaching this lifetime sport. Each participant will be given training based upon their level of expertise and skill. Children of all levels are invited to join our camps for a great experience.

Daily Activities
This program is designed for boys and girls ages 8-15, consisting of skill instruction, drill work, strategy lessons, demonstrations and match-like game situations. Campers will receive t-shirts, lunch at Kline Commons Dining Hall, snacks and refreshments.
Camp Director
Ryan Lee-Videgard arrived at Bard in the summer of 2018. A native of Hawaii, Videgard has been playing and coaching tennis for 20-plus years. He was a Div. I player at Brown for four years while he completed his B.A. in American History. He was an assistant women's tennis coach at Div. II University of California-Davis for three seasons, and Div. I University of Wisconsin-Madison for one season.
